An overview of all of your existing investments and what they may be worth, highlighting any potential weaknesses and key actions you should consider making now.
Purpose
To assess your existing investments against your current attitude to risk and whether you are on target to achieve your financial aims.
Benefits to you
Knowing exactly what you have and where you want to be can put you in control of your investments. There may be a shortfall in your expectations and, if so, then the earlier you re-assess the less it can cost in the longer term.
Investment Portfolio
A detailed report explaining the benefits and drawbacks of transferring some or all of your existing investments to the same place and how the move may affect future capital growth and how you take any income. The report will provide clear recommendations on just what to do next even if this is "stay where you are."
Purpose
To assess the benefits of transferring your existing assets to one portfolio and whether these benefits outweigh any drawbacks there may be.
Benefits to you
Having your investments in one place can make them easier to monitor, create less paperwork and can mean you take advantage of a wider range of investment funds.
The Paperwork
If a transfer into a portfolio is agreed we will complete all the paperwork needed and liaise with the existing investment providers.
Purpose
To complete the paperwork for any recommended moves and assist in the smooth transition from old to new investment provider.
Benefits to you
This will remove from you the onerous administration of several provider paperwork.
Investment Review
A regular, detailed valuation and investment review identifying the performance of the portfolio and any rebalancing necessary is prepared. We will also consider how the portfolio links with any change in your circumstances.
Purpose
To identify how well your assets are performing against your aims and to recommend suitable changes to your investments if appropriate.
